We are currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions impacting customers with services on the Connect1 primary node, caused by hardware instability on the current host. When these events occur, active calls may drop and services can become temporarily unavailable until the node recovers.
To restore full service reliability, we will be migrating the Connect1 primary node to a new host during the following emergency maintenance window:
Emergency Scheduled Maintenance Tuesday, June 3, 2025 2:00 AM – 5:00 AM EDT
Expected Impact: During this maintenance window, services will fail over to a backup node for continued processing. A brief disruption may occur during failover, but overall downtime is expected to be minimal while the migration completes.
